Let’s get moving! It’s like Zumba, but with a flag. Our workout classes are meant to be open to all level and ages. Get a taste of what color guard is like while getting your daily workout in.

Beginner/Intermediate - Advance

This is the first stop for every color guard journey. Think of it as our initiation in the club. We’ll start you off at the very basic, helping you learn how to feel and communicate with your instrument before moving onto the higher level crowd gathering tosses and tricks.

Intermediate (Coming Soon)

When you have successfully understand your equipment, step into the first phase of the weapon line. It’s a bit heavier and required a bit more muscle. However, you’ll unlock a new chest of skills and tricks that will undoubtedly wow the audiences.

My favorite equipment within our repertoire. Move onto the sleek and elegant of the saber. Feel the weight of the metal in your hand and toss it as high as the sky. Challenge yourself with a new form of sword dance. One that’s a bit more modern and a bit less dangerous than the Middle Ages.
